Undergraduates
Are you interested in being part of a real research program? Are you thinking about going to graduate school to get an MA or a Ph.D.? If so, getting hands on research experience is the way to go! Take advantage of being at a research university by working as a research asssistant. Research assistants in the Situation Lab work closely with Dr. Sherman and his graduate students to better understand the psychological properties of situations.

This includes: running participants through experiments, managing the laboratory, behavioral coding of videos, and in some cases running one's own research project.

Apply to be a research assistant by filling out this form. Then turn it in to the psychology department office--care of Daniel Lee--and we will get in touch with you soon!
