Semesters Taught
Fall 2015, 2016

Industrial / Organizational Psychology concerns the study of human behavior as it is related to work. This course covers personnel issues (e.g., job analysis, employee selection, performance evaluation, employee training/development), worker issues (e.g., well-being, attitudes, stress), and organziational issues (e.g., communication, group processes, and leadership). A considerable portion of the course is dedicated to the topic of careers. This class is recommended for anyone who aspires to work in management, but really applies to anyone who plans on working (like, ever, in your life).
